  • The name is taken: Choose a different name.
  • The email does not arrive: Check your spam folder. Then click Send link again.
  • The payment fails: Try again. If that does not help, write us a ticket (a message to support). The steps are in the chapter Help.

Active Instance is running
Suspended Instance locked, for example because of an overdue invoice or suspected abuse, see Security and fair use

Under Invoices you find all invoices with status Open, Paid or Cancelled, plus the payments with payment method, amount and transaction ID. Each invoice is available as a PDF. If a payment is already in progress for an invoice, the customer area warns about a double charge. If an invoice stays unpaid, Envbay can lock the instance; after payment is received, it is released again. The projects do not start automatically afterwards, see Security and fair use. Deadlines and conditions are in the terms and conditions.

  • Notifications: Under Account you choose which emails you receive: new invoices, successful and failed payments, order confirmations, activation, locking and termination of services, replies to tickets.
  • Label: You can rename an instance in the customer area. This only changes the display in the customer area, not the instance name and not the addresses.
  • Tickets: Under Support tickets you write to support, see Help.
  • Recommend us: Under Media kit you find banners and logos, see Help.
  • Legal: Terms and conditions, Withdrawal notice, Privacy policy and Imprint are linked in the footer.
